Ingredients
- 10 chicken cutlets (boneless)
- 3 tbls
- 2 artichokes
- 1 tbls butter melted
- 475 ml cream of chicken soup
- 240 ml mayonnaise
- 60 gr cheese (shredded)
- 55 gr bread crumbs
- 5 ml lemon juice
Cook artichokes according to pkg. directions, drain. Arrange in (greased) bakin g dish. Brown chicken in oil. Place chicken on top of artichokes. Combine sou p, mayonnaise, lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over all. Bake at 180ÂșC for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6-8
