Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 1/2 eggplant
- 350 ml water
- 300 gr tomatoes
- 6 gr chicken boullion powder
- 2 gr garlic powder
- 2 gr dill weed
- 1 gr pepper
- 2 slices potatoes
- 2 slices carrots
- 2 slices onions
- 2 slices celery
Place chicken and vegetable in 4 litre casserole. Sprinkle with pepper. Add tomatoes, garlic powder, bouillon powder, and water. Sprinkle with dill. Cover tightly and bake at 180ÂșC for 2 hrs. Stir after 1 hr. The flavour continues to develop as the casserole stands. Cal: 240, Fat 0.8g.
