• 3 frying chickens sizes (cut into serving)
• 3 lon the celery about the same length (inches cut into pieces)
• 2 carrots
• 2 onions
• 1 salt and pepper
• 1/2 long narrow (into pieces)
• 240 ml dry wine (white)
• 60 ml olive oil
• 14 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
