- 550 gr chicken
- 475 ml chicken broth
- 240 ml sour cream
- 40 gr mushrooms
- 32 gr almonds (sliced)
- 16 gr onions (finely chopped)
- 14 gr pepper (red finely chopped)
- 10 ml chicken bouillon granules
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package cream of chicken soup
refrigerator. Layer in an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken and mushrooms over the hash browns. Stir together sour cream, broth, soup, bouillon, onion, red pepper and garlic; pour over all. Sprinkle with paprika and almonds. Bake, uncovered, at 180ÂșC for 50 60 minutes or until heated through .
