Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 onion (yellow diced)
- 450 gr chuck (ground)
- 350 ml water
- 260 gr dark kidney beans drain (red)
- 260 gr refried beans
- 260 gr mild italian sausage
- 190 gr tomato paste
- 16 gr instant coffee
- 14 gr chili powder
- 14 gr sugar
- 7 gr paprika
- 5 gr oregano
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr pepper
- 2 gr cumin
Brown sausage, ground meat, onion, and garlic in a pot. Add remaining ingredients except beans, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 1.25 hours. After cooking time is up, add the beans and stir. Top with grated Monterey Jack cheese and finely chopped scallions.
