Ingredients
- 3 cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 sweetened condensed milk
- 400 gr creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
- 160 gr mini-chocolate chips
- 45 gr margarine
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 3 gr flour
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 23 cm springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Toss half cup chips with flour; stir into cheese mixture.
Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining chips. Bake 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
