Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 240 ml sour milk
- 110 gr butter
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 5 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr almond extract
- 3 gr cinnamon
Mix together topping ingredients in small separate bowl and set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, dry ingredients, milk, and extract. Pour half batter into small greased tube pan; sprinkle with half topping mixture and swirl this into batter. Add remaining batter and top with remaining topping.
