Ingredients
- 21 cherry pie filling
- 2 eggs
- 325 gr all purpose flour
- 240 ml sour cream
- 200 gr sugar
- 65 gr nutmeats (chopped)
- 60 ml milk
- 55 gr butter
- 55 gr brown sugar
- 14 gr butter
- 7 gr baking powder
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr almond extract
In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients except pie filling. Beat well. Spread half of the batter in a greased 13 x 23 cm baking pan. Spread cherry pie filling over batter. Cover with remaining batter. For topping: combine all ingredients except butter and nuts in a small mixing bowl. Cut in butter. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake @ 350 degrees about 45 minutes until cakesprings back when lightly pressed with finger.
