Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 200 gr sugar
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 150 gr butter
- 16 ml milk
- 3 gr almond extract
- 2 gr baking powder
sliced almonds In bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add almond extract; blend in egg. Mix flour and baking powder; add to butter mixture. Stir dough with fork until smooth. Spread dough in greased 20 cm square cake pan. TOPPING: In bowl, beat egg and milk; brush over dough. Top with almonds. Bake in 180ÂșC oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
