Ingredients
- 36 pecan (halves)
- 1 egg
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 230 gr butter
- 150 gr sugar
- 8 gr vanilla
- 1 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
Recipe by: Land O Lakes Cookie Collection Heat oven to 375. For cookies, in large mixer bowl, combine all cookie ingredients. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, 2-3 minutes. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 3 cm balls. For sugar mixture, in small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in sugar mixture. Place 5 cm apart on greased cookie sheets. Place 1 pecan half in center of each cookie. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Remove immediately. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. ----
