Ingredients
- 1 clams
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 stick butter
- 375 gr clam liquid
- 190 gr flour blend while cooking over low hea stir (slowly)
- 32 gr flour
- 20 gr parmesan cheese
- 4 gr salt
- 2 gr curry powder
- 1 gr pepper
- 6 slices potatoes
constantly until mixture is thick and smooth. Add clams. Place half of potatoes in greased casserole, sprinkle half the onions over potoatoes and cover with half the sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 180ºC or 45 minutes.
