Ingredients
- 6 onions (chopped)
- 6 ga (cloves)
- 4 bay leaves
- 2,800 ml tomato juice
- 2,300 gr beef (ground lean)
- 230 ml cans tomato sauce
- 190 gr cans tomato paste
- 75 gr chili powder
- 60 ml vinegar
- 55 gr brown sugar
- 24 gr cumin (ground)
- 4 gr majorum
Dash: cinnamon, cayenne Pepper, hot sauce, ms. dash White wine & spagh sauce In very large pot, brown beef, onions and garlic; drain off fat. Add remainder of ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for several hours, stirring occasionally. Great served with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onion toppings.
