Ingredients
- 1 egg well (beaten)
- 140 gr crab meat (drained)
- 60 ml tomato juice
- 55 gr dry fine bread crumbs
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 2 gr parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 ml worcestershire sauce
- 9 slices bacon in (cut)
Mix tomato juice and egg. Add crab meat, crumbs, parsley, lemon juice and seasonings; mix thoroughly. Roll into -10ÂșC ingers, about 5 cm long. Wrap each roll with half slice bacon; fasten with toothpick. Broil 13 cm from heat about 10 minutes, turning often to brown evenly.
