Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 crawfish tails
- 190 gr cornmeal
- 120 gr cheese
- 120 gr onion
- 120 ml cooking oil
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 package cream style corn
Mix all ingredients except crawfish. Blend until moist. Add crawfish and stir well. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish and bake at 190ÂșC or 30 minutes or until golden brown. Randy Rigg
