Ingredients
- 2 baking (square pan)
- 240 ml water (cold)
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 190 gr sifted all-purpose flour
- 120 ml corn oil
- 30 ml apple cider vinegar
- 28 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
- 12 gr shortening
- 8 gr pure vanilla extract
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
cocoa, baking soda, and salt directly into the baking pan. Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Stir (DO NOT BEAT!) with fork until mixture is smooth and Place pan on center shelf of oven. Bake until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean (30-35 minutes). Let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (or frost with the frosting of your choice). ----
