Ingredients
- 500 gr flour
- 475 ml cream
- 55 gr butter
- 16 ml cream of tartar
- 7 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
Sift dry ingredients. Cut in quarter cup of butter. Add the cream. Roll out on a floured board. Cut with a 5 cm cutter.
