Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 120 gr herb stuffing mix
- 80 ml milk
- 55 gr butter
- 4 slices swiss
Place chicken breasts in a greased 9 x 33 cm pan. Top with cheese. Combine Cream of Broccoli Soup and milk and spread over cheese. Toss melted butter with stuffing mix and sprinkle over top of chicken. Bake in a 350-F oven for 30 minutes, or until tender. Makes 4-6 servings
