Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 325 gr flour
- 230 gr peanut butter
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 240 ml corn oil margarine
- 200 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed beat margarine and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in sugars until blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat well. If necessary, chill dough. Shape into 3 cm balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 5 cm apart. Flatten with floured fork, making crisscross pattern. Bake in 180ÂșC oven for dozen minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Make 6 dozen cookies.
