- 20 pimento stuffed olives
- 4 taco shells
- 3 chickn breasts (skinless)
- 850 gr casserole
- 375 gr stewed tomatoes
- 140 gr pepper (chopped red)
- 120 gr scallions (chopped)
- 50 gr celery (chopped)
- 20 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 5 gr local margarine
crushed taco chips, cheese and olives. Microwave on high 2 minutes, until cheese melts. Serve with rice and a salad. Each serving provides: -20ÂșC at, 2.5 proteins, 2 vegetables, half bread. Per serving: 351 calories.
