Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 240 ml mayonnaise
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 16 gr green onion (sliced)
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr snipped dill (fresh)
- 2 ml pepper sauce (hot)
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Cover; chill. Makes 2.5 cups.
