Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 350 gr rice
- 28 gr butter
- 2 gr curry powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr cayenne
Saute' onion and green pepper in butter until onion is tender. Stir in curry powder, slightly beaten egg salt, pepper and cayenne. Mix into hot rice; Sprinkle with chopped olive if available.
