Ingredients
- 3 garlic (minced cloves)
- 120 gr shrimp
- 34 gr slivered green bell pepper
- 34 gr slivered bell pepper (red)
- 30 ml fish sauce
- 30 gr onions (sliced)
- 30 ml oil
- 20 gr sugar
- 16 ml oyster sauce
- 8 gr sweet basil leaves
- 2 gr curry powder

Saute for 1 minute. Add all the other ingredients and cook for 2 minutes. Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
