Ingredients
- 10 bundt (pan)
- 4 eggs
- 2 bars sweet baking chocolate
- 1 chocolate
- 1 cream butter in a mixing bowl
- 350 gr semisweet chocolate mini-morsels
- 325 gr all purpose flour
- 300 gr sugar
- 260 gr mini morsels
- 230 gr butter
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 130 gr chocolate (white)
- 85 gr chocolate syrup
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 8 gr shortening
- 2 gr baking soda
Combine 4 ounces chopped white chocolate and 2 tablespoons shortening in top of a double broiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until mixture is melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Drizzle melted white white chocolate mixture ocer cooled cake. Melt remaining half cup mini-morsels and 2 teaspoons shortening in a small saucepan over low heat, and let cool; drizzle over white chocolate. If desired, garnish with chocolate and white chocolate leaves.
