Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 325 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 300 gr tightly packed brown (light)
- 230 gr semi-sweet chocolate
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 130 gr unsweetened chocolate broken (into)
- 45 gr unsweetened cocoa
- 34 gr butter (unsalted)
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr pure vanilla extract
- 3 gr salt
Sift all dry ingredients together. And set aside. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Cream butter with light brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla to this mixture. Add the melted chocolate next and after that is completed mixed, add the dry ingredients. Mix well and then add Chocolate chips. Bake for 18-22 minutes in a preheated 325 degree oven
