Ingredients
- 2 eggs (hard boiled)
- 2 nam-prik pao
- 1/4 lemon grass
- 400 gr crab meat (cooked)
- 45 ml lime juice
- 30 gr onion
- 30 ml fish sauce
- 18 gr scallions
- 14 gr sugar
- 12 gr corianders leaves
Cucumber(s). Mix all ingredients together and fill cucumber cups. To make cucumber cups Peel and cut cucumber crosswise approximately 8 cm thick, and scoop out seeds to make cups. Mix half cup white vinegar with half cup water, 1 tb salt, and quarter cup sugar. Add the cucumber cups and marinate for about half hour, then drain off and discard liquid.
