Ingredients
- 2 teasp dill weed (minced fresh)
- 120 gr lowfat cottage cheese
- 60 gr warm
- 32 gr wheat (whole)
- 14 gr calorie (reduced)
- 14 gr sugar
- 2 gr dill seed
- 2 gr onion flakes (dried)
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package baking yeast
Flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Heat cottage cheese until lukewarm. Remove from heat and add sugar, herbs, margarine, onion, salt, soda, egg whites, and yeast/water. Mix. Add flour gradually to form a stiff dough. Spray a 1- half quart casserole dish with vegetable coating spray. Turn dough into casserole dish and allow to rise in a warm place for 30 to 40 minutes. (Should double in size.) Bake at 180ÂșC for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm.
