Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2 knives
- 400 gr apples (sliced peeled)
- 130 gr flour
- 65 gr sugar
- 60 ml skim milk
- 28 gr low fat margarine
- 8 gr sugar
- 8 gr margarine
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr vanilla extract
until smooth. Batter will be stiff. Spoon into prepared pan and spread batter to fit pan. Arrange apple slices, overlapping, in 2 concentric circles to cover batter. In a small bowl, combine 3 T sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apple slices. Dot with half T margarine. Bake 30 min. Cool 10 min before serving. Cal: 183; Fat: 2 g.
