Ingredients
- 3 bars chocolate coated english toffee
- 1 powdered sugar
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 230 gr butter
- 100 gr powdered sugar
- 16 ml milk
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding
Heat oven to 160ºC degrees. In large bowl, cream powdered sugar, butter and pudding mix. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Stir flour, milk, vanilla and crushed toffee bars into creamed mixture; mix well. Shape dough into 3 cm balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 13-18 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool. Dip top of cookie in powdered sugar.
