Ingredients
- 9 pie shell
 - 3 eggs
 - 1 pecan (halves)
 - 1 unbaked
 - 325 gr corn syrup
 - 200 gr sugar
 - 28 gr butter
 - 4 gr vanilla
 - 1 gr salt
 
Mix all ingredients for filling and add pecans last. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 200ºC for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 180ºC and bake 30-35 minutes longer. When done, outer edges will be set and center will be slightly soft. ----
