- 350 gr onions (red)
- 325 gr all purpose flour (white)
- 240 ml warm water
- 60 ml olive oil
- 34 gr margarine
- 5 gr yeast (dried)
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr sugar
- some salt
risen, scoop up the onions in a slotted spoon & pile on top of the ring. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 190ÂșC , brush the exposed surface with more olive oil & bake another 15 to 20 minutes until golden & crispy. Remove & slide onto a wire rack to cool.
