Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 oat flakes
- 130 gr flour
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr sugar (white)
- 75 gr butter
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr baking powder
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Grape nut flakes Mix together all ingredients except flakes. Then add flakes of you choice. Shape dough into 3 cm balls with floured hands. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 190ºC for 10-15 minutes. Cool; store in tightly covered container. ----
