Ingredients
- 2 oranges rinds
- 1 egg
- 375 gr sifted all-purpose flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 120 ml orange juice
- 110 gr butter
- 18 gr baking powder
- 1 gr cinnamon
Cream together butter, sugar and orange rind. Gradually add lightly beaten egg, orange juice, flour, cinnamon and baking powder. When dough is thoroughly mixed drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 160ÂșC F. oven for 10 to dozen minutes until light brown.
