- 1,000 gr raspberries
- 650 gr vanilla wafer crumbs
- 240 ml skim milk
- 55 gr margarine
- 50 gr nutrasweet spoonful in bowl
- 85 ml fat cream (reduced)
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 9 gr vanilla
- 6 gr lemon rind (grated)
