- 950 ml vanilla ice cream softened
- 250 gr pumpkin (canned)
- 120 gr gingersnaps (ground)
- 110 gr brown sugar packed
- 55 gr butter
- 50 gr sugar
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
