Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 celery
- 600 gr italian tomatoes (plum)
- 475 ml chicken broth
- 120 ml yogurt
- 18 gr tomato paste
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr basil
Cut tomatoes into wedges and place in 1.5-quart saucepan with all ingredients except yogurt. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Strain to remove tomato skins and seeds. Adjust seasonings. Garnish with spoonfuls of yogurt.
