Ingredients
- 130 gr flour
- 90 ml milk
- 40 gr raisins (chopped)
- 18 gr shortening
- 14 gr melted butter
- 14 gr sugar substitute
- 9 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt and baking powder. Cut in shortening. Add milk to form soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured board. Pat into sheet 1 cm thick. Knead lightly. Spread half of dough with melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins. Fold dough half over. Cut with floured cutter. Place on un-oiled baking sheet.
