Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 450 gr brown sugar
- 230 gr lard
- 160 gr raisins
- 140 gr nuts
- 120 ml milk
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 gr cinnamon
Knead like bread until stiff enough not to stick to board. Roll thin. Cut and bake. Note: No temperature given. Assume a 220ÂșC . oven.
