Ingredients
- 1 bouilion
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 700 ml milk
- 260 gr green beans
- 150 gr corn kernels (fresh)
- 130 gr carrots thinly (sliced)
- 130 gr zucchini (chopped)
- 90 gr cabbage (shredded)
- 65 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 40 gr margarine
- 32 gr flour
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr basil (fresh minced)
Combine all veggies and margarine in 2 litre micro-safe casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high 9-10 min or until veggies are tender, stirring once. Stir in milk, flour, bouilion, tomato, basil, and salt. Microwave high, uncovered, 9-10 min or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring twice.
