Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 bulbs garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 d cayenne
- 1,400 ml water
- 1 gr thyme
Bring water to a boil. Add vegetables, garlic & spices. Cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Puree & serve. "Vegetarian Times Cookbook"
