- 230 gr beef sirloin steak (boneless)
- 120 gr rice (hot cooked)
- 100 gr snow peas
- 50 gr celery (diagonally sliced)
- 45 gr mushrooms (sliced fresh)
- 34 gr pepper (red)
- 30 gr green onions (sliced)
- 16 ml water in bowl
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 5 ml vegetable oil
- 5 gr ginger (minced fresh)
- 3 gr cornstarch
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (ground white)
soy sauce and 1 teaspoon water in small bowl. Add beef and cornstarch mixture to vegetables. Cover and cook on HIGH power 1 minute; stir and cook 1 minute longer. Let stand 2 minutes.
