Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 250 gr flour
- 120 ml honey
- 110 gr butter
- 100 gr sugar
- 9 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr salt
Set oven temp to 190ºC . Cream honey, butter, sugar and egg. Sift together and the flour, soda, salt, and spices. Chill one hour. Roll level tablespoons of dough into balls and place 5 cm apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to dozen minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
