- 2 greased
- 525 gr sugar
- 500 gr pumpkin
- 425 gr unbleached flour
- 160 ml water
- 160 ml cooking oil
- 100 gr dates (chopped)
- 22 gr pumpkin pie spice
- 9 gr baking soda
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr salt
or until a cake tester or wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pans on wire racks for 10 minutes, then remove from the pans and continue cooling on the racks.
