Ingredients
- 2 shallots
- 1/2 coca-cola
- 60 ml olive oil
- 30 ml vinegar
- 26 gr sugar
- 10 ml prepared mustard
- 7 gr parsley (fresh)
- 4 gr oregano leaves
- 1 gr salt
- some garlic
In a large bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, sugar, oregano, mustard, salt, Coca-Cola, olive oil, and vinegar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Add the beans and shallots/onions; toss lightly with a fork. Pack into 1 litre jar. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight for the flavors to blend.
