Ingredients
- 1 mushroom
- 1 italian seasoning
- 1 cummin (ground)
- 1 monterey jack
- 500 gr green beans
- 425 gr stewed tomatoes
- 230 ml tomato sauce
- 120 gr onion
- 75 gr macaroni
- 16 ml oil
- 8 gr garlic (minced)
- 1 gr rosemary
Cook pasta per package directions, drain and set aside. In 25 cm skillet cook onion, mushrooms and seasoning until onion is tender. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; cook uncovered over medium high heat for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in the pasta, green beans and half cup of shredded monterey cheese. Season to taste with salt& pepper. Stir well to mix then pour into an 8 X dozen baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 180ÂșC or 25 minutes.
