- 500 gr green beans trimmed (fresh halved)
- 140 gr russet potatoes (peeled cut into)
- 120 gr zucchini (cut into)
- 120 gr onion (chopped)
- 60 ml olive oil
- 20 gr italian parsley (chopped fresh)
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
- some salt and pepper
Notes: Greeks call this fassolakia Iadera. It's a traditional vegetable mixtur e that is often eaten cold, accompanied by hunks of country bread and feta chee se.
