- 18 tart apples
- 3/4 citron (minced)
- 1/2 suet
- 475 gr raisins
- 450 gr cubed stew beef
- 240 ml beef stock
- 180 ml any sweet fruit juice
- 36 gr orange rind
- 28 gr brandy on top
- 24 gr cinnamon
- 8 gr salt
- 5 gr ginger
- 5 ml nutmeg cover meat with water
- 3 gr allspice
