- 6 ears of corn (fresh)
- 3 from coals (inches)
- 350 gr margarine
- 34 gr basil leaves (fresh)
- 28 gr butter mixture of your choice
- 8 gr scallion
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr lime peel (grated)
minutes. Serve with the remaining butter of your choice. FLAVORED BUTTERS: Combine all ingredients for each butter in a work bowl of a food processor or blender and process until very smooth. Scrape into a small dish and serve with the corn. OVEN ROASTED CORN: Heat the oven to 250ºC . Prepare the corn as above, but place in an ungreased jelly roll pan 15.5 X 10.5 X 3 cm. Turn frequently until done, about 30 to 35 minutes.
