Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 flaked halibut
- 3/4 bisquick baking mix
- 350 gr sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 325 ml milk
- 120 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 1 gr lemon pepper
- 1 gr garlic (minced)
- 1 gr thyme leaves (dried)
- 1 package broccoli (frozen chopped)
Mix 2 cups cheese, halibut, onion and broccoli together and place in a 25 cm greased pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, lemon pepper, garlic and thyme. Pour over halibut-broccoli mixture. Bake 200ÂșC . for 25-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer to melt cheese. Cool 5 minutes and cut into wedges. Garnish with tomato and parsley.
