Ingredients
- 16 garbanzos
- 1 egg
- 500 gr kidney beans
- 230 ml tomato sauce
- 170 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 95 gr flour
- 80 ml milk
- 65 gr green bell pepper (chopped)
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 7 gr baking powder
- 6 gr chili powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr oregano leaves (dried)
- 1 gr garlic powder
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 4 cm. Mix flour, half c cheese, the baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Stir in milk and egg until blended. Spread over bottom and up sides of pie plate. Mix half c of the remaining cheese and the remaining ingredients; spoon into pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining half c cheese. Bake about 25 minutes or until edges are puffy and light brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
