Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 egg whipped (white)
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 140 gr bell peppers (chopped)
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 95 gr unbleached flour
- 80 ml skim milk at room temperature
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 7 gr baking powder
- 6 gr chili powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package garbanzo beans
- 1 package kidney beans
Preheat oven at 375. Prepare pie plate, 10 x 3 cm with cooking spray and flour. Mix flour, half cup cheese, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Stir in milk and egg white until blended. Spread over bottom and up side of pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients except half cup cheese. Spoon into pie plate; sprinkle with half cup cheese. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until edge is puffy and light brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
